Food Trucks & Food Vendors

Fueling the Festival Experience

WinterFest Downtown Dover features a curated selection of food trucks and food vendors as part of the festival experience. To ensure a great mix for attendees and alignment with City of Dover guidelines and downtown businesses, food vendors are selected through an inquiry and approval process.

Important Information:
Food vendors are required to participate during festival hours:

  • Friday, January 16: 3:00 –7:30PM
  • Saturday, January 17: 12:00 – 6:30 PM

Food truck locations will be designated within the event footprint, with primary placement at The Biggs Museum

All food vendors must be City of Dover-approved and are subject to the availability of space

To support downtown merchants, some menu or category limitations may apply.

How to Apply:
At this time, food vendors are asked to submit an inquiry directly rather than registering online.

Please email Event Coordinator Ben Schlegel with:

  • Business name
  • Primary contact name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Brief description of menu or food offerings
  • Any special setup needs (power, space, etc.)
